RESPONSIBILITIES

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across R&D and Plants in Greater China, which cover but not limit to the areas of Research & Development in Labs, Process Engineering in productions

REQUIREMENTS

Master/PhD Degree majored in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Polymer, Material Science or Chemical Engineering background

人力資源培訓生 HR Trainee

Main Responsibilities:   

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across Human Resouces fields, which cover but not limit to the areas of Talent Requisition, Learning Development, Total Rewards and other functions in the company.

1. Be responsible for routine personnel management, including but not limited to SAP HR data update, onboard/exit process, attendance/payroll management, labor contract renew, and performance appraisal, etc.

2. Assist HR Manager on talent acquisition, selecting the right candidate, arranging the interview and conducting necessary reference check.

3. As training coordinator, well organize and follow up the training activities based on the annual training plan. Collect the feedback and evaluate the training effectiveness.

4. Take full responsibilities on admin management, including but not limited to housekeeping, courier, visitor reception, office supplies, shuttle bus and guards, to ensure all of them operate in an efficient, safe and economical way through feasible procedures, daily monitoring, satisfaction questionnaire and continuous improvement as well.

5. Be responsible for application and registration of necessary certifications.

6. Organizing meetings and events, like outing, Family Day, and Annual Dinner etc.

7. Enhance communications with all levels, figure out the areas for improvement, propose the solution and deliver better performance on HR/Admin field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Rotate and develop within the first 2 years across TSC,Production Plants and Production Supporting departments in Greater China, which cover but not limit to the areas of Technical Service Department (TSC), Process Engineering Departments and Technical Engineering Department.    

 

upporting to maintain documentation system based on ISO 9001/14001 standard requirement and other related ISO Regulations.

Ensure Quality Management System(QMS) running at a controllable status, Organize internal audit to maintain QMS for the organization under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

Organize Management Review to continuously improve QMS for the organization under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

Develop internal auditors for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 management systems and coordinate the external audit under the guiding of his/her supervisor;

Support the TSC Departments to organize training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively, and in accordance with the organization’s polices and standards.

Initiate, plan and develop training professionals to ensure that the organization’s training and development strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets under the guiding of his/her supervisor.

Learning needs assessment of the organization in cooperation with dept. head.

Develop, operate, maintain and optimize Operational Excellence program in TSC MUSC under the guiding of his/her supervisor.

Support other departments in TSC on handling satety issues, such as process safety, incidents analysis, working flow monitoring and updating, and other issues in safety activities;

Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time;,and conduct maintenance activities by following general directions, evaluate repairing results, document and report properly;

Independently carry out analytical investigation and characterization of maintenance activities;

公共事務與政府關系培訓生 Trainee of P&GA Team

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:

Support the P&GA team to maintain and develop relationships with authorities in Shanghai, especially with Shanghai Xinzhuang Industry Park (SXIP) and Shanghai Chemical Park (SCIP);

Consolidate events in membership associations. Ensure Evonik’s active and consistent participation in associations (EUCCC, AICM, German Chamber, Shanghai Association of Foreign Investment) that enables us to observe issues of importance for Evonik and leverage their networks;

Monitor the changes of government policies and leadership of business partners, especially for Shanghai and adjacent areas;

REQUIREMENTS:
